Release: I release MedTourist GR, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from my use of the Services, my interactions with physicians, and any subsequent medical or legal outcomes.
Indemnification: I will indemnify and hold MedTourist GR harmless against any claim, damage, or expense arising out of my breach of this Waiver or applicable law.
No Guarantee: MedTourist GR does not guarantee that I will qualify for, receive, or be able to legally use or transport medical cannabis.
Governing Law & Venue: This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for ensuring compliance with cannabis laws in my home country.
