Scope of Services: MedTourist GR (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an online consulting platform enabling adult tourists (“User” or “you”) to: access educational content about Greek medicinal cannabis regulations; complete eligibility questionnaires; be referred to, and communicate with, independent Greek-licensed physicians for potential medical cannabis prescriptions; and receive administrative support for scheduling, forwarding records, and relaying physician recommendations. We do not cultivate, sell, ship, handle, or dispense cannabis or any controlled substance.
Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into contracts.
Representation & Consent: You grant MedTourist GR the limited authority to collect, transmit, and discuss your personal and medical data with licensed Greek physicians.
Third-Party Medical Professionals: All medical advice, diagnoses, and prescriptions are the sole responsibility of the independent physician.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that you will qualify for a prescription; receive a prescription within any specific timeframe; or legally transport or use medical cannabis outside Greece.
Payments & Refunds: Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. Refund Guarantee – No Prescription, No Fee: If you complete the intake questionnaire truthfully, submit all requested documents, and attend the scheduled consultation but are not issued a prescription, MedTourist GR will refund 100% of the service fee to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exclusions apply if you miss or cancel an appointment without 24-hour notice, provide incomplete/false information, or already hold a valid prescription. Refunds cover only the MedTourist GR service fee and exclude any third-party transaction costs or travel expenses.
Intellectual Property: All site content is owned by MedTourist GR or its licensors.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTourist GR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify MedTourist GR against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted first to mediation; if unresolved, to binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
By accessing or using the services of MedTourist GR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this document as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
